Haenke Industria Mecânica was founded by its first three partners: HAmilton, ENio and KEnji. Located at Av. Dom João XI, 210/212 in Canhema - Diadema/SP, focused on precision machining and specialized in reels for the pulp and paper industry.
1993 – Progress
Establishment of own headquarters at Rua 13 de Maio, 303, also in Canhema, as a growth strategy.
1994 – Transition
Hamilton leaves the company, leaving Enio and Kenji in charge, with a strategic redefinition.
1995 – Tomback
Start of manufacturing Tomback Gas Flexibles and acquisition of the first 24-spindle braiding machine.
1997 – Quality
Acquisition of the first 36-spindle braiding machine, demonstrating the constant search for innovation.
1998 – Acquisition
Acquisition of the first CNC lathe and a 48-spindle braiding machine, marking commercial expansion.
1999 – Evolution
Establishment of the company's own headquarters at Rua Vinte e Seis de Abril, 151, Canhema - Diadema/SP, expanding the facilities from 300m² to 1,200m².
2000 - ISO 9000
ISO 9000 certification which helped to strengthen the company and consolidate it as a reliable and competent supplier.
2001 – Partnerships
Start of welding stainless steel pipes and a significant increase in the production of Gas Flexibles.
2003 – Innovation
Launch of Eletroprov and Flexibles for Refrigeration, marking a period of investment in technology.
2004 – Change
Change of name to Haenke Tubos Flexíveis LTDA, with Kenji leaving and Maria joining the company.
2005 – Expansion
New head office moved to Av. Prestes Maia, 1325, Jardim Nações in Diadema/SP, expanding to 3,500m².
2006 – Progress
Creation of the projects sector, driving the development of new products.
2010 – Eletroinox
Launch of Eletroinox and start of manufacture of Flexibles for Automotive Exhausts and Generator Sets.
2014 – Technical
Expansion of the Eletroprov line up to 4", marking a significant technical advance for the company.
2017 – Expansion
Start of the manufacture of Expansion Joints and move to the current address, Rua João Correa de Sá, 97, Vila Nogueira in Diadema/SP, expanding to 12,000m², implementation of the SAP ERP system.
2024 – Renovation
Investments in machinery and equipment, with a focus on innovation and improvement. Rebranding with changes to the visual identity, paying homage to the founder and current president, Enio.
